A lack of high speed connectivity holds back too many Americans.

Many rural, tribal and communities of color suffer the most from lack of affordable broadband internet: Education. Access to healthcare information. Job opportunities. Finding out how and where to vote…The Biden-Harris administration is changing that. It has allocated $42.45 Billion to states for providing High-Speed Internet as part of its Investing in America agenda. How much money does your state get? Which areas lack high speed connectivity? What are your internet connectivity options? How do you apply? Check this map.

Biden-Harris Internet For All program

Internet For All

President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provides $65 billion in funding to expand high-speed Internet access. These grant programs aim to make high-speed Internet affordable for all. They fund planning, infrastructure, and adoption efforts that promote digital equity and inclusion.“Put simply, high-speed Internet is a necessity in today’s society. Just like President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Rural Electrification Act made a historic investment in rural areas bringing electricity to nearly every home in America, President Biden and Vice President Harris are committed to leaving no community behind as we connect everyone in America to high-speed Internet.” – Mitch Landrieu, Senior Advisor to the President and White House Infrastructure Coordinator.
