5/16 PA House special fast approaching – majority at stake

3 mins read

Pennsylvania Democrats will face yet another test in the May 16 special elections, a race that likely will determine whether they keep their majority in the state House.

Turn PA Blue backs Democrat Heather Boyd In Delaware County’s competitive 163rd District. Heather’s experience in government has given her the necessary tools and passion to fight for working families and children.

Boyd is the founder of the Delaware County Chapter of the National Organization of Women. She understands how important reproductive rights are for women and families, and she will defend a woman’s right to choose!

We can’t lose the majority in the PA State House – our rights and our futures are on the line!

Heather will prioritize education. As a former school board member and teacher she knows how education impacts the lives of our kids and our state’s future. She will fight for education funding and against the culture warriors undermining public education.

We can’t take this race for granted. Too much is at stake in this election to let up. We need Heather Boyd representing the 163rd District!

Our critical ONE-seat Democratic majority in the PA House, our bodily autonomy, and public education hangs in the balance! We have to tip the scales on May 16!

There are also local elections state-wide that will significantly impact people’s everyday lives, yet these elections have the lowest voter turnout.
