March Monthly Action Meeting

The Monthly Action Meeting this coming Saturday 3/11 will be held as regularly scheduled. We have guest speakers prepared to convey key information. We hope that you will be able to attend in person or on Zoom.

Sarah Benatar, our elected Coconino County Treasurer, will be discussing current legislative proposals to prohibit the use of ESG (Environment, Social Justice and Good Governance) criteria in investing public funds.

We will also hear from Celia Barotz of Fossil Free Arizona discussing the upcoming Flagstaff City Council Meeting to address the RFP (Request for Proposal) for the city’s banking services. They will be asking you to write to the Council and attend the March 14th Council Meeting where these issues will be discussed.

Members of the Flagstaff Abortion Alliance will provide an update on the current status of abortion rights and the results of the 3/9 Council meeting, our Legislative Committee will inform us of of key actions in the Legislature and more!
