International Holocaust Remembrance Day

1 min read

Greetings,

The United Nations designated the anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz camp as The International Day in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust.   Friday marked the 60th anniversary of this commemoration.

This day confirms the condemnation of hatred, harassment, and violence against persons or communities based on ethnic origin or religious belief.  The Oakland County Democratic Party stands firm against any form of hatred and persecution of anyone.  We honor and remember the reason for this day.

The OCDP will continue to uphold the values of freedom, equality, and dignity for all people.

Democratically Yours,

Oakland County Democratic Party
