OCDP Convention

The OCDP Convention is only two days away. During the Convention, each Local Club will elect its Executive Committee Members to the 2023-2024 Executive Committee. Please take note of a few very important things:
- Any individual nominated to the Executive Committee must have a current membership with the MDP. We will pull the membership rolls on Saturday morning for verification. Membership can be completed/updated at this link: https://michigandems.com/join/
- The Club Chair is required to submit their delegates’ contact information during the Convention, for which we will provide a Google Form. Please have all names, home addresses, emails, and phone numbers for submission before the Chair leaves the Convention.
- THERE IS NO VIRTUAL OPTION. Someone must be present on Saturday for your Club to elect any persons to the 2023-2024 Executive Committee. Additionally, delegates are strongly urged to attend to maintain the integrity of our Convention and Elections.
