Happy New Year from Indivisible FL-13
Indivisible Florida Network Legislative Initiative
Indivisible FL-13 has joined the Indivisible Florida Network’s Legislative Advocacy Initiative. During the 2021 Florida Legislative Session coming up early next year we will be meeting with our state representatives to influence legislation in accordance with our stated values.
Today IFL13 members Cynthia Lippert and Mike Thomas met with our State Senator Jeff Brandes and delivered this advocacy letter on behalf of Indivisible FL-13 and the Pinellas Coalition For Immigration Justice advocating for a path to obtaining a driver’s license for undocumented immigrants.
This is just a start and we will be following legislation closely and asking our friends to help advocate for our values by phoning or writing your representatives as legislation passes through the State House and Senate.
