Poll observers are very important part of the election process.

You would contribute to a fair and safe election on Nov 3.

We need observers at these locations:

Congress
Bagdad
Seligman
Black Canyon City
Ashfork


What is a poll observer? – A poll observer is a volunteer appointed and certified by an official political party to watch the voting process in a polling place during the election.

What will be expected of me? –As a poll observer you will typically be required to sit in your assigned polling place for 2 hours. 

What are the rules?
1. You must present the letter of certification to the Inspector when you arrive at the vote center.

2. You may not speak to anyone in the vote center but the Inspector.

3. You are not allowed to take photos or videos in the vote centers.

4. At no time are you to speak or interfere with voters inside the polling place.

5. If you observe a problem you must report it to the Inspector.
