Yesterday we distributed over 500 Biden/Harris and Mark Kelly signs. We’ve seen a sharp increase in vandalism and theft of political signs. This will most likely increase after this weekend.
Under no circumstances does the Democratic Party encourage or condone this. We strongly urge anyone witnessing these crimes report them to the Municipal Police Dept or the County Sheriff if you live outside city limits.
Be vigilant, document signs in your area for reference. If you see someone vandalizing or taking a sign take a photo and report it.

This law also applies to political mailers, handouts, flyers or other printed materials of a candidate that are delivered by hand to a residence for the period commencing forty-five days before a primary election and ending seven days after the general election.
