The USPS released a new org chart on Friday showing the “reassignment” or removal of 23 postal executives including two top officials who oversee day-to-day operations, as well as a management hiring freeze, which many believe are part of an effort to suppress votes in a time when there is expected to be a surge in mail-in ballots.
