As Washington votes in its state primary, we revisit our interview with South Carolina senate candidate, Jaime Harrison. Lindsey Graham has held the seat since 2004, but Harrison has recently pulled into a statistical dead heat in this traditionally deep red state, which may be a solid indicator of how things are shifting for the Democrats as we count down the days to November 3rd.
