Phil Gardner has served as one of Congressman Denny Heck’s top aides for nearly a decade, working as Communications Director and Press Secretary in Heck’s Washington, D.C. office, and also as 10th CD District Director. He is currently running to fill the seat vacated by Denny Heck’s retirement from Congress.
