Linda Story Edwards, a Democratic Candidate in House District 6, joined Robert and Jazmin this week. She talked about running as a Democrat in Western Kentucky and what she learned from running in this race in 2018. She also touched on the tragic school shooting in Marshall County in 2018 and her reaction to the legislature’s actions since then.
Jazmin and Robert analyzed two bills: the Sports Betting bill, which has passed out of a House Committee, and the School Safety bill, which would require SROs to carry firearms. Also discussed was SB 3, a constitutional amendment which would move the election of constitutional officers to Presidential years.
