Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, a Republican, representing the 1st Congressional District in Pennsylvania, was a national supervisor for the FBI’s Public Corruption Unit and in 2016 was in Ukraine for a few months, “training prosecutors for a new anti-corruption unit getting rolling in that country.”
