Hold The Gun Industry Accountable
The COALITION FOR GUN INDUSTRY ACCOUNTABILITY is 17 cosponsors away from reaching our goal to encourage the House Democrats to discharge the bill to #RepealPLCAA to end the gun industry immunity. Since February, we have secured 72 additional cosponsors for HR4184 and 3 cosponsors for S2048. If you see your Representative or Senator (s) on the list then please give them a call to urge them to repeal PLCAA to remove the gun industry’s special legal shield that protects them from civil liabilities. Gun violence survivors deserve their day in court. — Newtown Action Alliance

Gun violence dashboard
Dashboards organize information so that you can make sense of a lot of data. It’s like when you’re driving and you can see your speed, gas level and other details about your car at a glance. The dashboard changes automatically by the second. This School Shooting Dashboard similarly presents the facts about school shootings as they happen. David refreshes the database that powers this map regularly with every new shooting incident.
This dashboard provides totals of the number of school shooting incidents, deaths and injuries. This helps provide a better sense of the scope of this tragedy and where the shootings took place. Where in the school and when did the shooting occur? How many bullets were fired?
