Project 2025 threatens deportation without warrants
Project 2025 outlines dozens of proposed actions on immigration in its nearly 1,000-page handbook. It calls for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to be allowed to carry out “civil arrest, detention, and removal of immigration violators anywhere in the United States, without warrant where appropriate.
Trump and the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 includes the reclassification of tens of thousands of federal employees under a proposed “Schedule F” to facilitate easier firing and hiring of personnel aligned with conservative values. The goal is to ensure that federal agencies are staffed by individuals who will implement the president’s agenda without resistance from career civil servants.” — Newsweek

Improve The Dream
Improve The Dream advocates for children who have grown up in the United States as child dependents of long-term visa holders, but face self-deportation after aging-out. Did you know that an immigrant child can grow up in the United States with a legal status, but still have no clear path to citizenship.
Over 200,000 children and young adults have grown up legally in the U.S., attended American schools and universities. Their H4 visas allow lawful long-term residence without a clear path to citizenship. Other visas having long backlogs for a green card forcing these young people to “self-deport” and leave America when they turn 21, even though they’ve spent all of their lives here. It’s time to permanently end aging-out by passing America’s Children Act so American raised and educated children can stay and contribute to America.
