Dear Party Leaders,
We are writing to remind you of the approaching deadline for individuals interested in becoming a Delegate to the National Convention! This role is an opportunity to represent Florida at the Democratic National Convention as one of our 146 District level delegates.
Delegates elected to represent their congressional district will travel to Chicago to officially nominate President Biden and Vice President Harris and vote on the party platform! The convention will be held on Monday, August 19th to Thursday, August 22nd.
Any democrat can file to run in their Congressional District (CD) and more information is available on our website.
There is still time to file – and we need more Democrats!
We are particularly looking for more applicants in CDs 7, 12, 18, & 26. Currently CDs 7 & 26 are in need of more male delegates and CDs 12 & 18 are in need of more female delegates.
DEADLINE: MONDAY, MARCH 25
Next Monday is the deadline for district level applications. Candidates must submit their application via our online filing form by 12:00 PM ET.

Election Dates
Local elections to select delegates will take place on April 20th with the option for early voting in select congressional districts on April 18th. Click Here to view locations for your congressional district.
