Introducing the 2024 Voter Support Team! Let’s make sure Every Vote Counts!

Announcing Our 2024 Voter Support Team!

Promote the Vote PA was formed on the premise that the right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and that access to voting must be actively preserved and encouraged for all. That’s why we’re excited to launch our Voter Support Team for the 2024 election cycle!

The Voter Support Team of specially-trained volunteers will make phone calls to assist individual voters and/or provide in-person one-on-one support to voters. This team will address issues such as notifying voters about ballot issues; ballot curing; emergency absentee ballots; designated agents; assisting with election forms; providing rides to the Elections Office (BOE), drop box, or polls, and any situation in which a voter requires extra assistance so that their vote is counted.  Complete The Interest Form Here.

We are now seeking volunteers for the following remote and/or in-person opportunities:

  • Phone Calls To Voters who need special assistance, have accessibility issues, and/or to inform them of ballot issues (remote)
  • Designated Agents: individual designated to assist a voter to secure or return their ballot to Elections Office (in-person, 2-3 wks before and/or on Election Day)
  • Drivers to provide rides to Polls/Election Office/Drop Boxes (in-person; 2-3 wks before and/or on Election Day)
  • County Captains to help manage and mobilize volunteers in your geographical area to help voters who may need in-person assistance (remote)
  • Poll Watchers for Election Day (in-person; monitors polling locations/reports incidents of voter suppression or intimidation)
  • Voter Protection Hotline volunteers (remote)
  • Post-Election volunteers to monitor during vote counts (in-person
