Registration Process: Uniformed services voters and overseas voters not registered can apply using the federal postcard application.
Information Dissemination: The Department of State is responsible for providing information on registration and voting procedures to these voters.
Electronic Transmission: Clerks can electronically send blank voter registration or absent voter ballot applications upon request, accepting completed applications with the voter’s signature.
Spouse/Dependent Provision: Spouses or dependents of overseas voters can apply for an absent voter ballot, even if not qualified elsewhere in the United States.

The Oakland County Democratic Party is a 527 organization whose mission is to promote social and economic justice by building an engaged, diverse, Democratic majority in Oakland County in order to enhance the quality of life for all. Membership is open to all Oakland County residents who are eligible to vote. Our Executive Committee meets the second Tuesday of each Month at 7:00 PM. These meetings are free and open to the public.
