Solar, more Solar, and Clean Energy for Data Centers
Bills addressing increasing access to solar are likely in committees this week, so we urge you to complete Actions 1 and 2 below by 8 am on Monday, January 29 if possible. (House Labor and Commerce meets Tue/Thur; Senate Commerce and Labor meets on Monday). Dominion has delayed and overpriced solar projects, including on schools, and these bills seek to hold them accountable. We expect to go many rounds on the Data Center bill that ties tax incentives to clean energy. Although the data center bill is not yet scheduled for committee hearing, we are ready to start some noise on this good bill – this action emails Dems on the House Finance Committee.
