After Democrats swept the Central Bucks School Board elections this month, the Republican-installed controversy magnet District Superintendent resigned. The voters have spoken and that should be the end, right?
WRONG! This week, lame-duck GOP school board members voted to give that same Superintendent a $712,000 severance package, rewarding him for helping them ban books and terrorize LGBTQ+ students during their reign. This was done at the expense of the taxpayers and against the will of the voters.
As if that wasn’t enough, out of spite, they also voted to ban trans kids from sports – a policy the incoming Democratic majority promises to reverse when they take office.
Turn PA Blue was proud to have helped flip Central Bucks and other school boards across Pennsylvania this month, kicking Moms for Liberty’s butt with an intense GET OUT THE VOTE campaign.
