Remembering Lost Trans Lives

Transgender Day of Remembrance is November 20, a vital time to support and uplift the voices of the transgender community. Rising incidents of transphobic legislation, violence, and bigotry cost innocent lives. Use these images to honor those we have lost as we continue to fight for justice.

Wrapping up Summer of Solidarity with LA vs Hate

askForce and LA vs Hate have officially wrapped on “Summer of Solidarity” – a campaign of monthly art-led events across Los Angeles County that utilize culture and connection to address the root of hate and division

These events included mural unveilings, dance nights, and music performances that celebrate community connection and promote harmony in our neighborhoods. Events were hosted in LA County parks, libraries, and beaches to bring people from different communities together and spread awareness for the many anti-hate resources LA vs Hate has to offer

As Summer of Solidarity comes to a close, we are excited to share that our newest collaboration, United Against Hate Week 2023, is in full swing. From November 12-18, our teams are working with partner communities to host webinars, social media events, screenings, art projects, and community dialogues to combat hate.

United Against Hate Week is open to all participants, and we encourage everyone to get involved in any way that they can. Our digital content toolkit is filled with great GIFs for you to share across social media, text, email, and more

If you would like to plan an activation for your local community, visit our event submission page for resources and support. Visit the United Against Hate Week site to learn more about the movement and help us fight back against hate.
