On Tuesday, Pennsylvania Democrats retained a one-seat majority in the State House of Representatives with a resounding special election victory in the 163rd District.

When we founded Turn PA Blue in 2017, Republicans held a 20-seat majority in the 203-seat PA House, with entrenched incumbents that many said couldn’t be beaten.
And in 2022, we finally WON a 1-seat majority, and defended it TWICE in special elections.
This didn’t happen because we parachuted in last-minute.
We recruited 20,000+ volunteers and 10,000+ grassroots donors that came back, year after year.
We knocked over 385,000 doors, sent over 6 million text messages, made over 5 million calls, wrote over 2 million postcards, raised over $1.7 million for candidates, and hosted over 1,250 events.
In November 2023, we need to win judicial and county elections to protect reproductive rights and the integrity of our elections. We need to take back our school boards from book-banning extremists.
All the volunteers we recruit, Democrats we register to vote, and mail-in voters that we bring out this year will be crucial to 2024, where Pennsylvania will decide the presidency, control of Congress, and the fate of the free world.
Every ounce of people power, every billboard we put up, every phone call we make in America’s most important swing state – it all depends on the support of over 10,000 donors like you nationwide.
