For too long, wealthy Republicans in our state have gotten away with ripping off working Ohioans, then making them foot the bill for blatant GOP corruption. But yesterday, a jury of Ohioans made it clear that nobody — including wealthy politicians and their well-connected friends — is above the law.

Justice was served when a federal jury found ex-Ohio House Speaker, Larry Householder, and ex-Ohio GOP Chairman, Matt Borges, guilty of racketeering conspiracy.

But, Erica, this scandal runs much deeper within the Ohio Republican Party. And Ohio Democrats won’t stop fighting until every GOP politician who enabled it or stood by complicity is held accountable.
