If you need a motivation to learn new tools to textbank to get Dems win, choose hope or choose fear. Just imagine with Democratic majority in U.S. Senate and U.S. House, what more we can accomplish. Now also imagine with Republican majority in U.S. Senate and U.S. House, what could happen. Imagine what life for your friends and family in states with Republican governors and state legislature will be like. I’m choosing both hope and fear to motivate me everyday, to text to get Dems out to vote! So many races are so tight. This is a numbers game. This is all about GOTV now.
AZ, PA, WI state Democratic Parties, DNC, and other organizations such as NextGen (youth voters), Fair Fight, Turn PA Blue, Field Team 6, Working Families Party are still offering trainings to new textbankers. Training is included in the textbanking sessions but several of experienced textbankers from Indivisible Hawaii can also train you as well.
