DEI Chair Derryl Reed, the ONECampaign, and local dems are hosting a Watch Party for the second gubernatorial debate between Governor Gretchen Whitmer and opponent Tudor Dixon. Join us at the Liberty Bar in Pontiac, MI to support Governor Whitmer!

Michigan Grassroots Event with President Obama

Saturday, October 29 (10am – 3pm)

Join us for a grassroots event on October 29 in Detroit with President Obama! There’s so much at stake in the upcoming election, and it’s imperative that we elect Michigan Democrats up and down the ballot in November in just a few short weeks. Join us to hear directly from special guests, and learn more about how you can get involved with the organizing efforts TODAY.

Getting Things Done Road Trip with Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist II: Join Lieutenant Governor Gilchrist, and others to kick off the Putting Michigan First Roadtrip in Macomb! We will be canvassing to get voters engaged and excited to elect Democrats up and down the ballot! Let’s remind voters about the importance of this upcoming election and make sure Michigan stays BLUE in 2022.

Every Friday & Saturday (9am – 11am)

Pick up yard signs for yourself and neighbors every Friday & Saturday from 9am – 11am. Located in the parking lot of 555 Horace Brown Dr., Madison Heights 48071. Volunteers needed and greatly appreciated!

OCDP Education Subcommittee: The State of Education

Friday, October 28th (6pm – 7:30pm)

Join the OCDP Education Subcommittee on Friday, 10/28/22 at 6PM to discuss the State of Education. What are you hearing and seeing in your schools? What’s happening with school board races? How are students feeling? What other educational topics would you like to discuss in the future? Let us know!
