The Birmingham-Bloomfield Dems Club is holding a Candidate Forum for candidates in Congressional District 12: Rashida Talib, Kelly Garrett, Janice Winfrey and Shannelle Jackson. The forum will be at the Bloomfield Township Library off of Telegraph and Lone Pine.
