Win 5 Open Seats in the PA House

Republicans in the PA House work to restrict abortion, suppress the vote, and spread lies about the 2020 election.

But now, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that new district lines “could boost Democrats” as we fight to END Republican control.

Today, we’re highlighting 5 Democrats running to hold or flip critical open seats.

Help end Republican control of the PA House – donate to 5 Democrats running in crucial open seats today, and Turn PA Blue’s work electing them!

Meet the 6 Democrats we’re highlighting today:

Dr. Arvind Venkat (PA-HD30 Allegheny) is an emergency room doctor running to fix our broken healthcare system. He’d be the first South Asian member to serve in the over 300 year history of the PA House.

Vito Malacari (PA-HD119 Luzerne) teaches Social Studies and is president of his teacher’s union. He’ll fight back against right-wing attacks on public schools, academic freedom, and LGBTQ youth.

Rochelle Culbreath (PA-HD54 Montgomery) has served as President of the Norristown Borough Council, working to save a hospital from closing. She has over 20 years crafting legislation as an elected official and as manager for Legislative Affairs at SEPTA.

Tim Brennan (PA-HD29 Bucks) grew up waiting tables. As a councilperson, he helped organize Doylestown’s first Pride event. As a lawyer, he has fought for workers’ rights and to ensure every vote counts.

Chelsea Oliver (PA-HD4 Erie) will be the first woman ever elected to this seat. She’s running to expand broadband access, advance agritourism, and preserve green spaces in her rural district.

National Democrats and Republicans are targeting the PA House, and Democrats must win open seats to take the majority.

Help 5 Democrats win open seats in the PA House. Donate to Arvind, Vito, Rochelle, Tim, and Chelsea here, and Turn PA Blue’s work electing them.

Thanks for taking action!
