Wednesday 7pm: Yolo County District Attorney Forum

Cynthia Rodriguez for Yolo County District Attorney:

We know a lot of Indivisible Yolo members are passionate about transforming the criminal justice system. We’ve got the chance to do that on a local level- but we don’t have much time before the upcoming June 7th election!

Our current District Attorney is a staunch conservative who’s been flying under the radar in an otherwise progressive county. Cynthia Rodriguez is the challenger who is running on a progressive platform. She has Indivisible Yolo and other progressive groups’ endorsement because she will bring much needed criminal justice reform here in Yolo County.

If you’d like to get more informed on the race, the League of Women Voters Davis Area and Woodland chapters are hosting a Yolo County DA forum Wednesday, April 27th at 7pm in Woodland. In person tickets are all booked, but you can find info on how to stream the forum here: https://my.lwv.org/california/woodland#daevent
