The first four days of April have had an average of 95 shootings per day as Republicans block common sense gun safety measures.

We need political guts, not more ‘thoughts and prayers’.

Basketball legend and Head Coach of The Golden State Warriors, Steve Kerr spoke at a pre-game press briefing about a mass shooting in Sacramento that killed 6 people and left 12 injured. Steve called for political courage to pass common sense gun safety bills rather than more political gamesmanship and sending ‘Thoughts & Prayers’.

Kerr, whose father was shot dead, has long been outspoken on the issue of gun violence and has spent much of his professional life calling on those in power to enact stronger gun laws. – ESPN
