Tues 6/9: Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks – March & candlelight vigil to mark George Floyd’s funeral.
Organized by Women United for Change. Gather at the Westlake & Thousand Oaks Boulevards at 6:30; march begins about 7 p.m. to the Civic Arts Plaza. Bring a sign & a battery-operated candle.

Script #2: “I want to ask the Senator/Asm to do what Senators Wiener and Gonzalez have already done and donate all contributions they’ve received for their re-election campaigns from law enforcement unions to community organizations—ideally those helping people of color or at-risk youth. Those Senators have also pledged to not accept contributions from law enforcement unions going forward. I want the Senator/Assemblymember to do the same. We will be keeping tabs. Thanks.”
