Who is this event For?
This event is geared towards busy families who are interested in politics but struggle to find the time to take action or for families who want to be engaged but do not know how to get involved.  All are welcome – all genders and ages.

What is the Program? What can attendees expect?
The purpose of this event is to create a fun and interactive experience to educate and engage the audience on ways they can impact voter turnout in the 2020 election. The speakers will share the tools they utilize within their personal and professional lives that permit them to have an impact on their community while also managing their home life.

Will the venue be accessible for people with disabilities?
It is important to us that our forum is inclusive and accessible. Guests can reserve necessary accommodations by reserving the appropriate accessible ticket for wheelchair access, mobility impairment, and service animal requirements when they register for the event. For additional needs, please contact info@shevotesil.org, so that we can accommodate.

Can children attend?
Yes! We will have complimentary on-site childcare services available for crawlers and older. Babies who are not yet crawling cannot be accommodated by the childcare services, but can join in the audience at your discretion. We believe it is important for children to be exposed to politics at a young age and this event provides an opportunity to teach your child about the political process.

If you are interested in having your child attend, please reserve a General Admission ticket for them as well. Each parent or guardian should determine if their child is mature enough to be interested in, can sit during the full length of the event, and feels safe at a medium size event.

Please use the Childcare ticket to let us know how many children will be using our childcare services.

Will there be a Livestream?
Yes, the event will be livestreamed on She Votes Illinois’ Facebook page

Will there be food available?
Yes, snacks will be served.

Will there be beverages available?
