CRITICAL SWING STATES
Across all islands, Hawaii’s volunteer response to writing postcards is nothing short of spectacular – 5,000 addresses and postcards per week distributed to volunteers. Indivisible Hawaii’s BlueWave Team has already achieved its goal of writing to 100,000 left leaning people in swing states to register them to vote. Part of this success is because with support from donors like you, Indivisible Hawaii has been subsidizing 15% of the stamps.
If we raise another $4,500 for stamps the BlueWave Team can keep pace with the high volunteer demand to potetially write another 30,000-50,000 more postcards.
50,000 additional postcards also means 10,142 potential votes for Harris/Walz and other Democratic candidates.
- 50,000 x 29.6% register to vote x 77% turnout to vote x 89% register as Democrat or Independent = 10,142
The voters who register and turn out can determine the outcome on November 5th.
