Across the state, extremist groups have joined forces to push our state and counties to launch assaults on basic civil liberties. They are banning books, censoring honest conversations about the history of racism and injustice, propagandizing curriculum, demonizing teachers, harassing school board members, and trying to erase the stories and lived experiences of LGBTQ, people of color, and other marginalized groups from our classrooms entirely.

Did you know you need to re-register  for a mail-in ballot?

Florida law now requires a re-do for your
mail-in ballot requests each cycle.
 Previous instructions have been canceled.

So, a few things to remember:

Governor DeSantis and the Florida Legislature have increasingly tightened our election laws.

Requesting a a mail-in ballot simply gives you the option to vote by mail. You can still vote in person until and including election day by dropping off your ballot. There is no downside in requesting one.

Requesting a vote by mail ballot gives you multiple options to ensure your voice is heard at the polls.

Check your mail-in ballot status and request a ballot mailed to you by going to votepinellas.com or call (717) 464 8683.
