We need your calls now: stop the GOP’s attempt to renew Trump-era immigration restrictions
This morning, we heard from Indivisible National that Senate Republicans are holding Ukraine aid hostage to force through draconian immigration policies that bring back Trump-era horrors.
To quote Indivisible National’s email:
“…the policies on the table are nothing short of breathtaking: an end to asylum for everyone except the small number of folks who can afford to buy a flight into the US, mass deportation–nationwide–without a hearing, and a dramatic increase in the incarceration of asylum-seekers, including families, and a restart to Trump’s signature Title 42. Dems don’t want to support this stuff, but it appears some might be on the verge of caving. “
We need to call our Senators right now and tell them: do not bend to MAGA hostage taking and reject the immigration poison pill.
