BREAKING: Draft SCOTUS Opinion Overturns Roe

Politico reports that in a leaked draft Supreme Court opinion, Justice Samuel Alito writes for the majority that Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey will be overturned – leaving the defense of reproductive rights to the states.

If Roe v. Wade is overturned, abortion will remain legal in Pennsylvania … but ONLY as long as we stop anti-choice Republicans from taking complete control of the General Assembly and the Governor’s mansion.

Many Republican-controlled states have “trigger laws” on the books severely restricting or banning abortion the moment Roe falls. At Turn PA Blue, we will work day and night to ensure this NEVER happens here.

In November, we MUST flip seats in the PA General Assembly. We MUST elect Josh Shapiro as the Democratic Governor of Pennsylvania. FIGHT BACK and donate to help us elect pro-choice Democrats across a crucial swing state.

And, join the fight. Volunteer remotely and in-person here to elect pro-choice Democrats.

Over and over, Republicans in the PA General Assembly have tried to ban abortion, shame women seeking reproductive health care, and attack our bodily autonomy.

We must defend reproductive rights in Pennsylvania – not just for Pennsylvanians, but for women and families in neighboring states like Ohio and West Virginia who already depend on us for essential health care.

We’re doorknocking, postcarding, texting, and phonebanking to ensure the pro-choice people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will never be ruled by anti-choice, forced-birth extremists. But to win, we need your help.

Now is not the time for despair. Now is the time to FIGHT LIKE HELL. Donate to our work electing pro-choice majorities across Pennsylvania.

And, join the fight. Volunteer remotely and in-person here to elect pro-choice Democrats.

In solidarity,

– Turn PA Blue
