Prescott Recorders Office – 1015 Fair Street
Cottonwood Recorders Office – 10 S. 6th St.

Voter ID Requirements:If you are voting in person in Arizona, you must present an acceptable form of ID at the time you vote. This is usually a Driver’s License.

Option 1: photo IDs with your name and address:

If you don’t have a photo ID with your name and address you have 2 other options:

Option 2: You can provide any 2 of the following forms of non-photo ID so long as they both have your name and address:

If for any reason outside your control you can’t
vote early before 5pm on Oct 30th…
you can Vote!

Emergency Early Voting Period. Monday, Nov 2 – 8am – 5pm.
Early Voters who could not for unforeseen circumstances vote early in-person by Oct 30 at 5pm OR can’t vote on Nov 3 you may vote in-person on Nov 2 from 8am – 5pm.

You will be required to sign an affidavit (this is federal law),
BUT, not be required to give a reason why.

Voting will be available on Monday, Nov 2 – 8am -5pm at:
Prescott Recorders Office – 1015 Fair St
Cottonwood Recorders Office – 10 S. 6th St.
