Prescott Indivisible’s AREA-P (Anti-Racist Education and Action) team stands in solidarity with the organizer of the rally for Jacob Blake that will take place on Friday, Sept. 4 at 3-4pm Gurley and Montezuma, Prescott.
Prescott Indivisible supports young people standing up against hate and police brutality. The organizer of this rally is a recent grad of Yavapai College.
Please attend. The action aims to be peaceful and large. Please bring signs and masks. Keep positive! Be mindful!
If you are a Peacekeeper or have training in confrontation techniques, please arrange to be at the Courthouse Square before 3pm. Look for Kari Hull and Nicky Indicavitch. We have been in communication with the Prescott Police Dept. and will do everything possible to maintain a peaceful rally.
A craft fair will be setting up at 4pm, so all cars without the appropriate signage must vacate the square parking.
