Call your GOP Senators this morning and tell them to vote no on McConnell’s resolution for new rules for the Senate trial.
It looks like he is trying to have extra long days, possibly being televised at midnight, with no witnesses. MSNBC reported they may wrap up the trial by the weekend.
This rush to conclude the trial without witnesses is a cover-up.
- They want as few people who can see it as possible, without any time for explanation from the news media.
- They are blocking facts from being part of the trial.
70% of the public want relevant witnesses.
51% want removal right now.
Our Senators need to do what is right and insist on a trial with relevant witnesses.
