What’s the difference between Poll Worker & Poll Watcher?
Poll Worker:
Nonpartisan, Paid (Clerks, Judges, Inspectors, Checker, Precinct Worker)
Poll Watcher:
Partisan, Volunteer (Observers, Monitors, Challengers)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To Be a Poll Worker (Election Judge, Clerk, Inspector) You must be 18+, registered to vote in Oklahoma, a resident of the county for the 25+ days prior to the election, complete training every 2 years. To signup, contact your County Election Board.
HOW POLL WORKERS ARE CHOSEN:
County Election Board may appoint any qualified voter it chooses as the Inspector. Affiliation Required for Judges & Clerks; Not for Inspector; Judge & Clerk must be registered to different political parties. County Election Board appoints Judge & Clerk from lists of nominees provided by 2 political parties with highest number of registered voters in state. Every 4 years, county central committees of those 2 parties submit a list of 3 nominees for each precinct to county election board. County election board is confined to the list of nominees submitted by either party & appoints 1 member of each precinct election board from each party every 4 years. If no list submitted, then county election board appoints 1 member of precinct election board from ranks of said party.

Any candidate or any recognized political party shall be entitled to have a watcher present at any place where an official count is being conducted.
