What office are you running for?
U.S. House of Representatives, District 5

With which party are you running for office?
Democratic Party

Election Date
Primary -June 9th / General Nov 3rd 2020

Why are you running for office?
I’m running for office, because I’m tired the self serving millionaire and billionaire class representing the elites instead of the everyday people.

What is the biggest issue facing your community and how do you propose helping?
Social and financial inequality. There people in our community who can’t afford a roof over their head, medical expenses, or making ends meet despite working 2 or 3 jobs. My plan to tackle the gross inequality once and for all is to implement a $15 federal minimum wage and living wage increase for all, advocate for Single Payer Healthcare, and implement a 70% marginal tax rate on the rich just like we did in the 1930’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

How do we fix the partisan divide in our country and start working together again?
We fix the partisan divide by fixing the political corruption, and giving everyone the opportunity for their voice to be heard by implementing Ranked Choice Voting.

Who is your hero?
Dr. Ambedkar

What are your hobbies?
Reading history, analytical charts, cooking and spending time with my family.

What is the most recent book you read?
Winners Take All by: Anand Giridharadas

My wife and I have 4 kids together, 3 grand kids and several plants that don’t talk back.
