- if the Senator / Congressman has read the whistleblower’s complaint.
- if the Senator / Congressman believes it is ethical to ask a foreign government to investigate an American citizen.
TELL CONGRESS
- YOU SUPPORT IMPEACHMENT BECAUSE:
- Elected officials asking foreign governments for investigations of American citizens to help reelection campaigns is a GROSS ABUSE OF POWER.
- Asking foreign governments to investigate your political rivals undermines FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS.
- The President should not use TAXPAYER MONEY (aid to Ukraine) to put pressure on foreign countries to investigate political rivals.
TELL CONGRESS TO TELL THE PUBLIC THE TRUTH!
- STOP saying the whistleblower’s complaint is all second hand information. The complaint is confirmed by the call transcript and Trump’s own public statements.
- Defend the Constitution and acknowledge that bribery is covered under impeachment. As a Member of Congress, why would you not want to get to the truth in order to defend the Constitution?
- Support the Ukraine by making sure this President is not using them for personal gain.
- Protect those involved in the Whistleblower’s complaint. The President made reference to treating those involved in the complaint the way spies were treated in the past; this infers violence. Also threatening potential witnesses is obstruction of Justice.
- Stop saying Democrats cannot get over the fact they did not win the election and that the Mueller Report did not reveal any crimes; this just makes it painfully obvious that the Senator/Congressman did not read the report. (Graves to Advocate, Kennedy to Fox News)

- “The White House released a rough transcript Wednesday of President Trump’s July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky telling him to work with U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr to investigate the conduct of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.” (Washington Post)
- On Sunday, September 22, 2019, President Trump admitted to talking to Ukraine’s President about VP Biden and Giuliani admitted that he was trying to get information from the Ukraine to use against Biden in the election.
- Graves responded to The Advocate “The reality is that people are going to read and hear what they want,” Graves said. “Those that support President Trump will hear ‘no collusion;’ those that dislike him will extract lines from the report that appear to show inappropriate actions
